as you may or may not be aware, the biggest event in the gaming colander is taking place right now over in LA. Of course I’m talking about E3.
Microsoft just finished their key it all about the Xbox One and they just dropped some pretty huge news.
By Christmas this year you will be able to play your Xbox 360 games natively on the Xbox one.
Games you already own for Xbox 360 will start to show up on your Xbox one around Christmas time and you won’t have to pay for them again.
What’s even better is that you will be able to play these games online against your friends who are yet to upgrade.
When the service launches there will be 100 titles ready to play with hundreds more set to follow.
Another huge thing they announced was their partnership with valve’s virtual reality system. Meaning you will be able to stream your Xbox one games to your windows 10 PC and enjoy them in virtual reality.
This along with their demonstration of minecraft in hololens. Play your games using a wall as your screen or “build your world” on a table in stunning 3D augmented reality.
Microsoft have blown my mind with their announcements for what is coming to Xbox this year. Console users will have a lot more to brag about in the coming months and years.
Have Microsoft just started digging a grave for Sony? If I was them I would be worried.
What do you think? Will this make you upgrade to the Xbox one? Let me know in the comments below.
